Oration on Good, Evil and Consequences in total lack of free will
Consequences arise out of the creating character of God as the flow of His creating determinism ( that is not in any way to be confounded with the lie of non-creating determinism ) toward the absolute goal of completion of His predetermined counsel.
God has given up part of His free will concerning us ( in the swearing of oaths and giving of promises as well in the character of His Word as being unable to lie ) , yet is absolutely free in total reality to create in any way He chooses to complete His promises and is not at all restrained to the fulfilling of the promises within the frame of reference man has in non-creating speech and its limitations about either total reality or their interpretation of what He "meant". His giving up part of His free will, then still leaves Him all powerful, all knowing, omnipresent and Creating.
While those deceived they have free will are used to dogmatically state "if there is no free will, good and evil make no sense." and to imply that good and evil cannot exist minus the existence of the free will of man, in truth, the lie of free will covers over the actual perpetrators of evil and good while seeking to define all of total reality as if reality were that ideal environment in which free will could and thus must exist for its own sake. All that has been done is to simply state for thousands of years, "Men have free will!" and then no matter what evidence to the contrary by God given to man, build a whole lying theology in non-creating speech in multiple religions based on the presumed fact of that "free" will of man in exactly the same manner the foundational philosophical/occult underpinnings of modern mathematics were simply stated and mathematics has since then, sought to measure everything as supposedly reproving but in fact just restating the initial statements that were never real, simply made up. They seem to make sense within the circle of their own statements, yet have never been true, but have been real as a lie.
1. Sin is a living creature all of whose works are evil. Sin is not a synonym for evil. As living in the flesh of even new creatures in Jesus Christ, sin does evil; it is not the new creature in Jesus Christ who does the evil. Yet because the flesh of the new creature in Jesus Christ is our own, as belonging to us, we are to ask forgiveness for what sin does through the flesh and are in no way are exempted from the Law in so doing.
That sin as a living creature is doing the evil and not the new creature in Jesus Christ:
Romans 7:14-25 For we know that the law is spiritual: but *I* am fleshly, sold under sin. For that which I do, I do not own: for not what I will, this I do; but what I hate, this I practise. But if what I do not will, this I practise, I consent to the law that it is right. Now then it is no longer *I* that do it, but the sin that dwells in me. For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, good does not dwell: for to will is there with me, but to do right I find not. For I do not practise the good that I will; but the evil I do not will, that I do. But if what *I* do not will, this I practise, it is no longer *I* that do it, but the sin that dwells in me. I find then the law upon *me* who will to practise what is right, that with *me* evil is there. For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man: but I see another law in my members, warring in opposition to the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which exists in my members. O wretched man that I am ! who shall deliver me out of this body of death? I thank God, through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then *I* *myself* with the mind serve God's law; but with the flesh sin's law.
2. evil than cannot be a "choice" or a mere act of a free willed creature because the necessary environment in which free will could operate ( one of whom is, sin not being a living creature and another, the necessity of there existing in total reality only will-neutral speech.. ) does not exist.
a. in a lie that sin IS a mere act, those who teach such false doctrines hold simultaneously to the lie that fallen man and the new creature in Jesus Christ ( are essentially the same creature and "as such" ..) are captive to sin and then confound all their followers with the truth that none can save himself as mixing the lies they teach with just enough truth to give them credibility --to those deceived they must "decide truth for themselves"/free willers. Yet even that is plainly contradictory in that none can be a slave of an act that has yet to happen before it happens ( at all, much less..) simultaneously deny determinism/lack of free will simultaneously. Yet that is exactly what we are expected to believe when the false teachers say 'sin is a mere act.' and "men have free will" ... and men are slaves of sin and thus need salvation and even the new creature in Jesus Christ is a sinner as part of their fundamental being even after the new birth.
The very basis of salvation is at least two fold, in that salvation from sin and the spiritual death as regards union with God caused by sin is necessary as well as new birth in Jesus Christ. To then make sin a mere act and unavoidable even after new birth while denying creating determinism is a very plain lie.
God Says that after our new birth, ( as separating us from sin in participating on the cross with Christ as He imputes to us His death as making it real and as yet making our new birth in Him real ) that we cannot sin:
1John 3:6-9 Whoever abides in him, does not sin: whoever sins, has not seen him or known him. Children, let no man lead you astray; he that practises righteousness is righteous, even as *he* is righteous. He that practises sin is of the devil; for from the beginning the devil sins. To this end the Son of God has been manifested, that he might undo the works of the devil. Whoever has been begotten of God does not practise sin, because his seed abides in him, and he cannot sin, because he has been begotten of God.
God as well says that:
1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
Sin understood to be a living creature that lives in our flesh makes any apparent contradiction vanish. Our flesh will be corrupt until the day we leave it on this earth. But we are not our flesh.
Romans 8:9-10 But *ye* are not in flesh but in Spirit, if indeed God's Spirit dwell in you; but if any one has not the Spirit of Christ *he* is not of him: but if Christ be in you, the body is dead on account of sin, but the Spirit life on account of righteousness.
Yet we have the witness of God that sin is a living creature as He mentions both sin as having desires and acting and as the flesh as having a mind and will of its own:
**sin desiring and acting and commonly in the flesh of all men:
1.Genesis 4:7 If thou doest well, will not thy countenance look up with confidence ? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door; and unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
Romans 7:10,11 And the commandment, which was for life, was found, as to me, itself to be unto death: for sin, getting a point of attack by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me .
Genesis 6:12 And God looked upon the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted its way on the earth. ( even Noah's flesh )
**flesh having a will and mind of its own as distinct from man and commonly among all flesh:
John 1:11-13 He came to his own, and his own received him not; but as many as received him, to them gave he the right to be children of God, to those that believe on his name; who have been born, not of blood, nor of flesh's wil, nor of man's will, but of God.
Romans 8:6 For the mind of the flesh is death; but the mind of the Spirit life and peace.
**Works of the flesh and the reality the flesh fights against the Spirit of God in the new creature in Jesus Christ:
Galatians 5:16-18 But I say, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall no way fulfil flesh's lust. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these things are opposed one to the other, that ye should not do those things which ye desire; but if ye are led by the Spirit, ye are not under law.
Galatians 5:19-26 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are fornication, uncleanness, licentiousness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strifes, jealousies, angers, contentions, disputes, schools of opinion, envyings, murders, drunkennesses, revels, and things like these; as to which I tell you beforehand, even as I also have said before, that they who do such things shall not inherit God's kingdom. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, fidelity, meekness, self-control: against such things there is no law. But they that are of the Christ have crucified the flesh with the passions and the lusts. If we live by the Spirit, let us walk also by the Spirit. Let us not become vain-glorious, provoking one another, envying one another.
----------------------------
Those seeking to explain spiritual and obviously wicked manifestations through the flesh have no explanation, even in non-creating speech when they see sin as a mere "act" and men with free will. They are witnesses themselves:
to the on-going nature of evil
and yet have tied that on-going nature to ..the free will of Man. Plainly, no matter how much "holy information" Men have received over the eons, wickedness remains. Seeking to tie evil to the free "choice"/expression of will of Man not only is a pretense in that ignores the very part of reality which provokes the response ( non-creating speech as sin doing evil ) but literally seeks to do away with even the noticing by Men of spiritual realities at all. To merely ignore the problem in no way makes it go away. Yet in sin, that is exactly what non-creating speech causes man to do (ignore the problem ) and in ignorance of the reality of what is happening to them, to become old, even ancient in lies that are both self-invalidating and nonsensical in their attempt to keep ignoring evil coming out of themselves and other creatures and to merely appeal to the age of the lies and their frequency of statement they speak as "evidence" of evil being a result of the free will of man.
All false religions, despite the forced protestations of certain adherents to certain of systems, ( as a religious rule they must follow to advance in their system) have evil beings as part of their pantheon and the free will of Man. All are witness to the ongoing nature of evil to this day and have no answer as to why the supposed free willed actions of billions of unique creatures who are all yet human coincide so exactly as evil through all eras of history, maturity levels, educational levels and age groups. Wherefore the on-going nature of evil if man can simply educate his way out of evil or simply "will" himself no to do evil?
God plainly states:
Jeremiah 13:22,23 And if thou say in thy heart, Wherefore come these things upon me? For the greatness of thine iniquity are thy skirts uncovered, and thy heels have suffered violence. Can an Ethiopian change his skin, or a leopard his spots? Then may ye also do good, who are accustomed to do evil.
And
Jeremiah 10:23,24 I know, Jehovah, that the way of man is not his own; it is not in a man that walketh to direct his steps. Jehovah, correct me, but with judgment; not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing.
Christianity stands alone in plainly rescuing man from sin as a living creature in the new birth in Jesus Christ and in declaring the total lack of free will of all creatures and in declaring an on-going battle against sin in the flesh of those no longer one with sin as a total creature. As well, Christianity stands alone in plainly stating God IS His Word, and that the Name of the Word of God is Jesus Christ and as distinct from non-creating speech.
Those who seek to explain good and evil in term of human free will must ignore evil as it actually exists, falsely idealize it seem to have encapsulated it and then manipulate their false idealizations in a vain show at "doing something" and "going somewhere" ..in free will. Yet what they do is evil.
Psalm 49:13 This their way is their folly, yet they that come after them delight in their sayings. Selah.
To Christians in particular, I ask; if what we do is all a matter of free will, the why were the angels addressed as being the lights of the seven churches? Why were they told that if they did not repent then they as lamps would be taken away? What do they have to do with anything if good and evil is simply about rules to be followed in the free will of man?
Revelation2:1-7 To the angel of the assembly in Ephesus write: These things says he that holds the seven stars in his right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lamps: I know thy works and thy labour, and thine endurance, and that thou canst not bear evil men ; and thou hast tried them who say that themselves are apostles and are not, and hast found them liars; and endurest, and hast borne for my name's sake, and hast not wearied: but I have against thee, that thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works: but if not, I am coming to thee, and I will remove thy lamp out of its place, except thou shalt repent. But this thou hast, that thou hatest the works of the Nicolaitanes, which *I* also hate. He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him that overcomes, I will give to him to eat of the tree of life which is in the paradise of God.
Revelation 3:1,2 And to the angel of the assembly in Sardis write: These things saith he that has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars: I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things that remain, which are about to die, for I have not found thy works complete before my God.
Why are we also told that we will be judging the angels if good and evil is simply a matter of the free will of men --and/or of angels?
Will you then say merely "because they didn't use their free will properly? As a supposed basis of judgment at all?
Judgment itself is based on sinning against God:
Psalm 51:3,4 For I acknowledge my transgressions, and my sin is continually before me. Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done what is evil in thy sight; that thou mayest be justified when thou speakest, be clear when thou judgest.
And yet God makes very plain there is no free will involved:
Romans 9:10-29 And not only that , but Rebecca having conceived by one, Isaac our father, the children indeed being not yet born, or having done anything good or worthless (that the purpose of God according to election might abide, not of works, but of him that calls), it was said to her, The greater shall serve the less: according as it is written, I have loved Jacob, and I have hated Esau. What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? Far be the thought. For he says to Moses, I will shew mercy to whom I will shew mercy, and I will feel compassion for whom I will feel compassion. So then it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shews mercy. For the scripture says to Pharaoh, For this very thing I have raised thee up from amongst men , that I might thus shew in thee my power, and so that my name should be declared in all the earth. So then, to whom he will he shews mercy, and whom he will he hardens. Thou wilt say to me then, Why does he yet find fault? for who resists his purpose? Aye, but thou, O man, who art *thou* that answerest again to God? Shall the thing formed say to him that has formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? Or has not the potter authority over the clay, out of the same lump to make one vessel to honour, and another to dishonour? And if God, minded to shew his wrath and to make his power known, endured with much long-suffering vessels of wrath fitted for destruction; and that he might make known the riches of his glory upon vessels of mercy, which he had before prepared for glory, us, whom he has also called, not only from amongst the Jews, but also from amongst the nations? As he says also in Hosea, I will call not-my-people My people; and the-not-beloved Beloved. And it shall be, in the place where it was said to them, *Ye* are not my people, there shall they be called Sons of the living God. But Esaias cries concerning Israel, Should the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, the remnant shall be saved: for he is bringing the matter to an end, and cutting it short in righteousness; because a cutting short of the matter will the Lord accomplish upon the earth. And according as Esaias said before, Unless the Lord of hosts had left us a seed, we had been as Sodom, and made like even as Gomorrha.

not implying that good and evil cannot exist without free will. We only state that man has no **choice** as to which path he will follow. The path of niceness or the path of evil are the same since man cannot decide his own fate.

)cannot have anything to do with man because man has no "choice" to be involved?
Does rain bless man even though man does not control rain? Does it harm him in floods? What has control got to do with the consequences?
The whole point is that man has been and is involuntarily involved in something he cannot control by God and must be delivered from by a proactive savior, Jesus Christ as God. Not only so, but the way in which fallen man is involved is to be spiritually in union with sin so that man must die and be re-born out of that union and into a union with Christ Jesus, the Life of the Father and even that Christ accomplished on the cross and imputed to us.
This is not hard to understand: babies don't ask to be born, to be involved in all the intricacies of life. Our mere lack of giving permission in no way abrogates the sustained condition of living that we have nor makes that condition "unimportant to us".
That a lie of what you were born into regarding total reality was your first mind (in the providence of God) , your first understanding, your first emotional intelligence and your first language in no way makes the mind of Christ, the Word of God and the heart of God, your inheritance, false. Simply because God shows you that He made a wholly separate mentality than Himself, put you (as all fallen men) in it, then saved you out of it to demonstrate to you His power and love for you and that old mind and old heart genuinely wants you back and so keeps saying, as regards the new life of Christ in you, "But ..but ..that makes no sense according to me! Remember me?" as if "you" were calling out to you to "come back" in no way validates the old as truth even though it still genuinely exists in your flesh and as the only mind and speech of those who have never heard the Word of God.
Yes. Be amazed that God created evil and put you into a condition in which you could not avoid it coming out through you in order to show you His power and love for you in delivering you from it. Fear God.
Yes. Be amazed that God created non-creating speech to lie. Wonder that lies indeed exist in actual reality and that God is in charge of them all.
But no, you cannot, in truth, say "it matters not to me nor has anything to do with me because I can't control it or because it seems emotionally insipid or horrifying to me."
Proverbs 16:5,6 Every proud heart is an abomination to Jehovah: hand for hand, he shall not be held innocent. By loving-kindness and truth iniquity is atoned for; and by the fear of Jehovah men depart from evil.

)as God does it through us.
John 6:28,29 They said therefore to him, What should we do that we may work the works of God? Jesus answered and said to them, This IS the work of God, that ye believe on him whom *he* has sent.
John 15:5-8 I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abides in me and I in him, *he* bears much fruit; for without me ye can do nothing. Unless any one abide in me he is cast out as the branch, and is dried up; and they gather them and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall come to pass to you. In this is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit, and ye shall become disciples of mine.
Those fresh out of the lie of free will always want explicit directions: a how-to that THEY supposedly can do as if there was an ideal model of behavior they could follow so that they would never owe God anything.
There is no such thing. God is not constrained to an model of behavior at all in any. We owe God everything and He paid Himself for us. It cost God His life to get you to where you are now.
Isaiah 26:12-14 Jehovah, thou wilt ordain peace for us; for thou also hast wrought all our works for us. Jehovah our God, other lords than thee have had dominion over us; by thee only will we make mention of thy name. They are dead, they shall not live; deceased, they shall not rise: for thou hast visited and destroyed them, and made all memory of them to perish.

If I "want" to do right, it's only because God gave me that "emotional set." Likewise if I "want" to do wrong. Not only do I lack free will, I lack even the desire to be free or not free, to be on God's side or against Him, to hear or not to hear His message. All of these things are of God alone...and so....
they don't matter to me at all. God's will basically cancels itself out in your vision. It matters in every way, so it matters not at all. It affects everything, so it affects nothing. I can neither change nor stay the same, decide nor fail to decide, understand nor lack understanding, move toward God nor move away.
I have no responsibilities.

Jesus Christ as Creating Word of God is the key to everything.
You can't separate what He Is and does into some generalized theory of lack of free will by itself. I have never done that. To even attempt that is genuine fatalism and is arrive at the very same vain-to-be-hopeless cycle of the more obvious free willers.
Micah 6:7,8 Will Jehovah take pleasure in thousands of rams, in ten thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? He hath shewn thee, O man, what is good: and what doth Jehovah require of thee, but to do justly, and to love goodness, and to walk humbly with thy God?

It's not fatalism, but it is God-alism. He's got everything worked out already; I can neither help nor hinder nor even meaningfully worry about the difference.

| parent )God in every way requires your whole attention and participation and if He desires will create it in you via His Word.
Deut 6:4,5 Hear, Israel: Jehovah our God is one Jehovah; and thou shalt love Jehovah thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength.
The whole thing is that you were to have heard, being given the same Word as others who are witnesses to the power of Him as Word as spirit and life. Those who really know that God keeps on the edge of our lives listening for His Word at all times. Those that don't are always busy thinking God really does feed souls manure and keep them in the dark with happy thoughts to entertain themselves with while He supposedly "unjustly" 'uses them' and then throws them away.
Part of the true sacrifice we give to God as God does it through us is to see the value of what we give up in His service day by day. Non-living, non-understanding entities cannot do that.
Luke 17:33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose it shall preserve it.

It is a great freedom and rest to understand you can't effect anything on your own. It is a great sin and not at all a paradox to pretend you will then do nothing.
We can't do anything about our own salvation or works God has created for us to walk in. But that is not at all the equivalent of saying "because we don't control Him we can ignore Him". In fact He works in us to satisfy what He demands.
Phil 2:12,13 So that, my beloved, even as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much rather in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you both the willing and the working according to His good pleasure.
He made you His problem. Granted, you can't make Him your problem. Neither can you escape. Thus the humility of having to wait on God.
Responsibility as seen from the lie of free will is all about earning and supposedly doing from self-power. Take away the lie of free will and responsibility remains as the truth of God in you. It doesn't vanish with the lie that misrepresented it and twisted it into a lie.
So God Says that when we have run our course to say "I am an unprofitable servant. I only did what was ordered." and that is enough. No one profits God by 'extra' works outside of God's predetermined counsel. Granted.
I don't have a problem with you being actually free from all aspects of the lie of free will. That is a great freedom. But what you will find is that now being free, God will perform through you what you formerly tried to do for Him in presumption as having a different spirit. It's not always what even He will lead you to desire:
Job 23:13-17 But he is in one mind , and who can turn him? And what his soul desireth, that will he do. For he will perform what is appointed for me; and many such things are with him. Therefore am I troubled at his presence; I consider, and I am afraid of him. For *God hath made my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me; Because I was not cut off before the darkness, neither hath he hidden the gloom from me.
There is a love, as well as a fear of God that comes from knowing He will never leave us alone; that we are tried every day all day. But I fear a mocking of His Word in you that has dire consequences. Your speech seems to keep equating a supposed generic lack of free will and whatever theoretical emotional consequences can be made up about that theory with a lack of free will in God as reality actually is.
There is no generic lack of free will with no Jesus Christ involved; no will-neutrality of knowledge or a will-neutral test case. We're not talking game parameters of 'ideal' characters and their emotional matrix per ideological 'side'. This is real time all the time.
1Corinthians 2:11-16 For who of men hath known the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? thus also the things of God knows no one except the Spirit of God. But we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God, that we may know the things which have been freely given to us of God: which also we speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, communicating spiritual things by spiritual means . But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him; and he cannot know them because they are spiritually discerned; but the spiritual discerns all things, and He is discerned of no one. For who has known the mind of the Lord, who shall instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Actually, scratch that. The answer isn't nothing, the answer is to simply do whatever I feel compelled to do. Because I can't possibly do any other.

| parent )it is just that coming from a framework of free will, it is inevitable that you simply seek new directions.
There aren't any from me or any other new creature in Jesus Christ.
You have to look back and see that free willers always look for directions, for a "new" or "better" ideal model of behavior to walk in lockstep with others.
The directions have stopped. There is no ideal model. If you have been truly born again, God will do through you whatever He wills. It's not as if you will have to go looking for Him, even though He commands that. He will draw you to Him via His Word.
By contrast, free willers want explicit directions, to check or measure themselves ( rather than God doing it) against themselves ( rather than God ) via some standard that tells them they are progressing or digressing or standing still. Hinduism problem excels like no other in giving a false/free willer measurement system ( in giving philosophical/occult outright mathematics ( hindu-arabic numerals, the Brahmasphutasiddhanta, etc ) along with more obvious religious measuring implements/spirits ) and that is why it is so attractive to them: it gives the false front of being able to measure success by the directions given in supposed multiple dimensions of what it says needs to be measured. Yet the whole thing is made up simply so non-creating speech can make up more speech as literal spirits to entangle them in. It is literally a spirit swamp, like any other false religion, that gives the facade of comfort by supposed self-control over progress and knowing exactly how far one has progressed: how far along one is toward 'heaven', how far to go, a compass to get to the promised "state", etc..
But in Christ, there is rest. No directions like before. The whole of non-creating speech can still be heard, but as a far off temptation from which God will protect you. It isn't as if non-creating speech stops because you literally died out of it and were born into Christ Jesus.
If you read the Bible, you find God was consistent as to His Word and purpose across individuals, but never the same. Each soul in Christ is unique and is expected to perform uniquely as regards the rest of total reality past, present and future. And God will do that. You and I can't possibly do that because all we know is a little of history and what we have seen in our lifetimes.
Day by day. Instant by instant. Now by now.
That's all its ever been.
Psalm 28:1-9 A Psalm of David. Unto thee, Jehovah, do I call; my rock, be not silent unto me, lest, if thou keep silence toward me, I become like them that go down into the pit. Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, when I lift up my hands toward the oracle of thy holiness. Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, who speak peace to their neighbours, and mischief is in their heart. Give them according to their doing, and according to the wickedness of their deeds; give them after the work of their hands, render to them their desert. For they regard not the deeds of Jehovah, nor the work of his hands: he will destroy them, and not build them up. Blessed be Jehovah, for he hath heard the voice of my supplications. Jehovah is my strength and my shield; my heart confided in him, and I was helped: therefore my heart exulteth, and with my song will I praise him. Jehovah is their strength; and he is the stronghold of salvation to his anointed one. Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance; and feed them, and lift them up for ever.

God can speak through, and save through, whatever witness He chooses. And the thing is, neither you nor I, nor the Pope & all the Cardinals, nor Calvin and his followers, nor the Shakers, nor anyone else will be able to determine whether I am on God's path or not (unless He grants them that insight). Only God will know that. At least that's how it appears to me.

| parent )We have no power to interfere ( as in forcing truth on each other ), but we can and do know of others election in Jesus Christ.
God plainly declares that His witness in us is the definitive witness of true brotherhood. We are not our own witnesses or the witnesses of others. Yet because God truly dwells in us, we know of ourselves and others, whether they are of the household of faith or not.
God writes through Paul as from brother to brother:
1Thess 1:2-4 We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you at our prayers, remembering unceasingly your work of faith, and labour of love, and enduring constancy of hope, of our Lord Jesus Christ, before our God and Father; knowing, brethren beloved by God, your election.
and as making obvious that He has distinguished in us those who are not true disciples of Jesus Christ:
Revelation 2:1,2 To the angel of the assembly in Ephesus write: These things says he that holds the seven stars in his right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lamps: I know thy works and thy labour, and thine endurance, and that thou canst not bear evil men ; and thou hast tried them who say that themselves are apostles and are not, and hast found them liars;
As well, we are commanded to love our brethren in Jesus Christ as a testimony that we know them:
1John 4:20,21 If any one say, I love God, and hate his brother, he is a liar: for he that loves not his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? And this commandment have we from him, That he that loves God love also his brother.
If a Hindu or any other is offended to know his or her truth is a lie, it is still love to tell them the truth, even at the cost of our fleshly lives, as has been the case throughout history.
2Corinthians 5:10,11 For we must all be manifested before the judgment-seat of the Christ, that each may receive the things done in the body, according to those he has done, whether it be good or evil. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord we persuade men, but have been manifested to God, and I hope also that we have been manifested in your consciences.

If God decides some of the Elect will not know each other, or even themselves, or that some will take a far different path, who can point at a book and stop Him?

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to make void the law or the prophets; I am not come to make void, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Until the heaven and the earth pass away, one iota or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law till all come to pass.
Galatians 5:18 but if ye are led by the Spirit, ye are not under law.
Romans 10:4 For Christ is the end of law for righteousness to every one that believes.
Even in the O.T. God forgave some over others as they were elect and the others were not. God's Law minus free will means God enforces and effects it the way He pleases. David committed both murder and adultery and God forgave Him though He took revenge on Israel for living in a manner to seduce David to it.
I tend to speak in terms of grace gain and applied by God to the elect. True. Many did not receive the grace. What is that to us?
Jeremiah 23:28 The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell the dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith Jehovah.
1Corinthians 10:1-5 For I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; and all were baptised unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; and all ate the same spiritual food, and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they drank of a spiritual rock which followed them : (now the rock was the Christ;) yet God was not pleased with the most of them, for they were strewed in the desert.

Who is doing the weaseling.
It is not you and it is not me.
It is non-creating speech.
Daniel 3:7 Therefore at that time when all the peoples heard the sound of the cornet, pipe, lute, sambuca, psaltery, and all kinds of music, all the peoples, the nations, and the languages fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

| parent )determinism = no free will = you will do what you will do. You always were going to do it, you always will do it, and you always have done it. Everything that you do and that happens to you is a path that you and everything else is fixed in.
There is, of course, no proof for or against any of this. Until we can change the fact that we are locked in to go through time at a rate of one second per second it is impossible to prove or disprove. Which makes it a matter of belief, not fact.
--I blame it all on the Internet

| parent )not a product of a will-neutral process that is not fact.
if there were such things as multiple faiths, it would be an equivalent faith statement on your speeches part to say "there is free will" by your own admission.
That's quite besides you still not seeing that even saying "impossible to prove or disprove" --in free will --proves lack of free will. Who in the world but a free willer in non-creating speech would say that absolute lack of ability to prove something--in free will -- proves nothing?
You keep looking for a will-neutral proof there is no free will. There isn't one. There shouldn't be one if we lack free will.
In total lack of free will everything effects us, we aren't effecting anything except what God allows others or Himself to do through us. There is no state of free will that can be preserved such that we can only find will-neutral truths in life that we get to give permission to be true after we watch them in situ doing whatever they do ..except to us.
Because you are not finding those will-neutral truths means you don't have free will, not that you do and you just haven't gotten to a place where you have or will recognized one. The false lens on reality that says you have free will travels with you as your eyes and mind --it is not your "tool" to take out on que and inspect all the supposed will-neutral stuff going by. There is no will neutral stuff. That's why you can't find any. That encompasses more than just the "lack of free will versus free will" question.
Isaiah 26:12-14 Jehovah, thou wilt ordain peace for us; for thou also hast wrought all our works for us. Jehovah our God, other lords than thee have had dominion over us; by thee only will we make mention of thy name. They are dead, they shall not live; deceased, they shall not rise: for thou hast visited and destroyed them, and made all memory of them to perish.

| parent )which is an element of your "proofs" that you keep repeating. Having free will doesn't mean you can fly, or break rocks with your hands, or any other number of things. Being able to neither prove nor disprove something is just that, not a "failure" of anything but unclear thinking.
God is not a fact, it's a belief. But keep up the circular logic, I guess some here find it entertaining.

It does not mean that any given statement cannot be proved or disproved. Humans do have the capability of formulating multiple systems that can solve many of those sorts of problems, though.

)Interesting. On the one hand you have a group of persons through whom non-creating speech is controlling others and that control and the cash cow it has become is threatened by the understanding that there is no free will. So, in its own mind, it "hits back".
Very much like:
All they are saying is "Great is Free Will!".
On the other, what would they call someone else who lies to see how other people will react to those lies ( in supposed free will), deny that they lied by calling it a "study" and thus supposedly lies can't be lies but "in certain contexts" and a "study" is supposedly lie-proof by supposed default, ignore the actual effect of non-creating speech as a living creature through them on others --and then blame the honesty of God for anything they misunderstood as making of God an enemy. Standard fare. If there was a such a thing as free will, then that would be at least criminal mischief. Because there isn't, it is simple wickedness protecting itself.
Hab 1:15-17 He taketh up all of them with the hook, he catcheth them in his net, and gathereth them into his drag; therefore he rejoiceth and is glad: therefore he sacrificeth unto his net, and burneth incense unto his drag; for by them his portion is become fat, and his meat dainty. Shall he therefore empty his net, and not spare to slay the nations continually?
Don't be surprised by the "professional secular" response to understanding there is no free will. They are only rewordings of what has already happened in theological circles with supposed proofs by "study". Preachers and priests who all their lives made money off the people by flattering them with the lie of free will have an agenda to protect that lie.
To which they were appointed.
1Peter 2:7,8 To you therefore who believe is the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of the corner, and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; who stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
